	Bonfire on Sat night at 10pm
	Potluck Dinner on Sat and Country Breakfast on Sunday

• The archery range will be open all day Sat the 1st, from 11am till 9pm, with an after dark shootout.

• Sun the 2nd, the range will be open from 10am till 2pm.

• There will be individual instruction from certified archers for those new to archery or for the more experienced archer, who might just like a few tips.

• The range will be open for tournament both days, with medals and trophies given on Sunday.

• Please, -No one under 18 allowed at the party- no exceptions

More Details:

-  Medals & trophies will be given on Sunday

-  We hope to have a bowyer here taking custom bow orders.

-  There will also be few new bows for sale

-  David will be available to custom string bows. (We love his work)

-  Archers interested in becoming certified can speak with Sir Ruben.

-  There will be individual instruction from certified archers for those new to archery or for the

   more experienced archer who might just like a few tips.

-  Potluck Dinner on Saturday and Country breakfast on Sunday

-  After Dark Shoot Out - I was thinking we could all put in for a Cash Prize, (more details later)

-  Tipping; There will be absolutely no fees for shooting during the party, but I'm encouraging folks to tip Black Eagle Castle Archery if you are having a good time. These folks care about what they're doing and will give us a great experience. Keep an eye out for the "tip jar".

If you have RSVP'd, then you'll get updates as they appear here on the website, stuff like local hotel info, camping , electric info, food list updates, etc.
