This
is an example of a 30 button Anglo Concertina, commonly called
"The Seaman's Concertina". It has 30 buttons arranged
in three rows: one row in the key of C, one in G and one used
for chromatic notes. You can achieve a very lively sound by using
a different note on the push and pull. This type of concertina
is very popular for Sea Shantys, country dance music of Scotland
and England, and many favorite Italian tunes.
